Steps to Success: At the Event

STEP 1

Share information about where the collection will be posted online.

During the event, the Collections Coordinator and the Online Access Specialist should be available to answer questions and share information about where the collection can be found when it’s posted online. It can also be helpful for the Online Access Specialist and the Data Entry Volunteer to volunteer at the Information Station and/or the Copying Station, so they can become familiar with the kinds of Items that Contributors bring.
