Evaluate your event through a Cultural Competence lens.

Reconnect with the Community Working Group to talk about how things went. The Cultural Competence Workshop Facilitator can host another meeting or conduct a brief online survey. 

Assess how you think your Project Team did:  

• What were the challenges and successes?
• Did participants feel a sense of belonging?  
• How is the collection reflective of a wide range of community members?
• How is the collection accessible?
• How is the collection being shared with the community?
• What changes would you suggest for a future program, event, or collection?
