The day of the event, your goal should be to make Contributors feel welcomed and create a sense of belonging. By being inclusive and intentional in the planning process, the Project Team can help Contributors feel like they are part of something and valued by others. Remember to keep an open mind and use open dialogue and active listening with team members and contributors. In preparation for the event, your Project Team created three inclusive goals--one for your team, one for your event, and one for your collection. Keep these in mind as you work with the community.
