Steps to Success: After the Event
STEP 1
Review and reflect upon your new collection.
By establishing a theme, your Project Team set goals for the event and for the collection. After the collection is processed and put online, the Community Coordinator and the Collection Coordinator will host a Collection Showcase and Interpretive Planning Meeting, as outlined in the Sharing the Collection module. At this meeting, the Project Team will review the new collection, keeping in mind the aspirations you had about the initial theme. In addition, the team will identify interpretive programs or projects to enhance understanding of the theme.
