If you’ve made a plan for sharing the collection, let Contributors know about it.

If your Project Team is specifically organizing the event to create an exhibit, publish a book, or create a public program, you’ll need to communicate this intention to Contributors. Consider creating a flyer or handout letting Contributors know about what is being planned and when they can expect it to be available.
